Whether you’re enrolling in a training course or booking a one-on-one appointment (e.g., resume review or interview coaching), we want to ensure your experience is clear, fair, and secure.

This policy outlines how we handle refunds and cancellations for all paid services on our platform.

  1. Refund Policy for Courses

Our cybersecurity programs are designed with a limited number of seats, live instruction, and access to digital resources. Due to the nature of our programs, we offer the following refund terms:

  • Full Refund:Available if requested before the course start date.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Available if requested within the first 7 calendar daysof the course start date.
  • No Refund:Requests made after 7 calendar days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Note: If substantial course content has been accessed or multiple live sessions attended during the first week, we reserve the right to deny refund eligibility even within the 7-day window.

  1. Refund Policy for One-on-One Appointments (Amelia Bookings)

Our personalized services—such as interview coaching, resume reviews, and strategy consultations—are booked by appointment through our online system.

  • Full Refund:Available if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No Refund:Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
  • One-Time Reschedule:Clients may reschedule an appointment once, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  1. TechTalent Nexus-Initiated Cancellations

If TechTalent Nexus cancels a course or appointment due to low enrollment, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen events, clients will receive:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule or transferto a future date.
  1. Payment Processing and Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Please note:

  • We do not refund third-party transaction or processing fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds will not be processed to a different account or payment platform.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-shows or missed sessions without notice.
  • Access to significant course material or multiple live classes.
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window.
  • Multiple rescheduling attempts.
